Milton – week 1

The Damselflies have arrived! And they brought the sun with them … And the conditioning exercise called 7/heaven as well.  This consists in doing a series of planks an plates and hand stands for seven minutes. We then went to swing on the single point ropes and tried no to clash into each other.

After that we tried our costumes and then climbed the rig and  did a series of movements without holding to nothing! Later,  the damselflies flew in single ropes above the kingfisher. That was nice.

My favourite moment was when they lift me on my double point harness and having Elene pushing me so I could fly in circles.

Before all of this we went for a walk in the woods… It’s a very beautiful place.
